Any digital shooters out there consider White Balance part of EV? I teach it as part of EV b/c it tells my camera what color white is.

I'm a Canon / PC / JPG shooter.. anyone else? Don't shoot in RAW..Love to hear from those that do and their reasons why.. know why I don't.
